Member of the Board

I oversee a number of Board Memberships. Most of them are related to Swiss family-owned businesses. I ensure that the composition of my Board mandates consists of different industries and that no conflict of interests may occur. The most important industries in my current portfolio are industries such as robotic and automation, logistics, health care, construction as well as Conferences and Events.
Since I am not a member of any industry association or any political party, I can truly state that I am a fully independent board member.
I have always enough time to accompany the companies even in demanding times, since I have no daily executive job such as CEO or CFO. My pure consulting mandates have a minor role in my work. Unlike a consultant, a board member faces a company liability and the position has a legally defined responsibility. This position gives me the opportunity to cause changing where needed and be part of the decision-making team.
My assignment as board member is highly exciting, versatile and includes a great responsibility. These characteristics comply with me in all respects.
